The 2021 Annual Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, March 7.  New Jersey state statute (N.J.S.A.16:1.5) requires that Annual Meetings be conducted in person with a quorum of three people.  In order to conduct the Annual Meeting this year as safely as possible, we will have a “Special Meeting” on Zoom at 11 AM, followed by an Annual Meeting of three people in-person at Grace Church. The Special Meeting will consist of presenting the nominating slate of vestry members, committee reports, and the presentation of the budget for 2021.  

The official presentation and vote of vestry members will take place at the in-person meeting later in the day.
